In a collaboration with Perkins Eastman, the project has been created in the spirit of enhancing the concepts of live, play and enjoying the privileged views from Kartal. Along with its neighboring development, the project will become an essential component of this innovative urban destination that will jump start the interest in the area. Kartal Municipality Urban Regeneration Project will have a strong sense of place, character, and overall visibility. The residential units have been crafted to offer various views: to the sea and the Princess Islands, the hills north of the project, green areas adjacent to the development and the internal gardens of the complex.

All units will have generous outdoor balconies. Special units at the top levels will have outdoor terraces. Terraces are designed for outdoor living and focused on the breathtaking views of the Sea of Marmara. The development features playgrounds, café and sports facilities on a strategically-located site with excellent transportation access, proximity to an urban center with education and research centers, as well as views to the Sea of Marmara and other natural features. When completed, the project will be a signature development for Kartal Municipality and a catalyst for the revitalization of the district into a vibrant, sustainable community.
