This architectural project for a cozy home in New York is intended to foster a sense of connection with the outdoors, while providing comfortable, modern living spaces that are both functional and beautiful. Designed to make the most of the outdoor spaces and seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor living, the house features large, full-height windows and sliding glass doors that open up to outdoor decks and expansive upper floor terraces, blurring the line between inside and out.

The exteriors are designed to be bold and striking, with simple geometric shapes, and the material palette is elegant yet modern with subdued grey tones. This neutral color allows the house to appear less imposing and more harmonious with nature. It can also create a sense of elegance and sophistication, especially when combined with clean lines and modern materials such as glass and steel. The interior layout orients the living spaces towards the back, overlooking the garden. This would be an ideal spot for hosting friends and family, or for enjoying the beautiful views of the garden in privacy. The interiors are stark white, creating a neutral backdrop allows for the use of bold colored furniture, artwork, and accessories to add color and personality to the space.
