  • What are the differences between monthly, quarterly, and annual plans?
    Monthly – After subscribing, your credit/debit card will be billed the same amount monthly. Once you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the services for the remainder of the current paid month. Quarterly – Upon selecting our Quarterly Plan, your credit/debit card will be billed the same amount every three months. Once you cancel your subscription, you will maintain access to the services for the duration of the current paid quarter. Annual – Upon selecting our Annual Plan, your credit/debit card will be billed once yearly—the equivalent of prepaying for 12 months. The benefit of this is that you pay a reduced price compared to our other plans. If you cancel your subscription, you’ll still have access for the duration of the current paid year.
  • What happens after I join your membership?
    A phone call will be arranged to schedule an initial Zoom kick-off meeting, facilitating our introduction and understanding of your company’s needs and expectations. Subsequently, you will receive a welcome email containing invitations to our Monday, Slack, and Google Drive workspaces. Our Monday workspace will allow you to track task progress and proposed delivery dates. Slack will primarily serve for collaboration, project-related calls, and meetings. You’ll only be in contact with the owner for a more effective streamlined experience. The deliverables and scope of work will be shared via Google Drive, given the size of the files. You can rest assured that we will complete this entire process within the next 24 hours. Please note that joining our Monday, Slack, and Google Drive workspaces is optional. We’re flexible and can accommodate your preferred platform, whether it's via phone or email. Additionally, there are no extra charges for accessing our Monday, Slack, and Google Drive workspaces. We provide this service to enhance your experience with us.
  • Will I receive a receipt?
    Yes, you will receive a receipt.
  • Are online payments mandatory?
    Online payments are not mandatory but preferred for easier management and automatic processing. However, we are open to receiving payments offline. Feel free to give us a call at (646) 543-7444 or send an email to info@juntero.com to make an arrangement.
  • Which design services are not included in the membership?
    Due to their complexity and time requirements, the services listed below are treated separately. However, we're open to discussing ways to incorporate them into a custom membership package, if feasible.   • What does "one task at a time" mean?
    "One task at a time" means that we handle and prioritize tasks sequentially, focusing on one task before moving on to the next. This approach ensures that each request receives the necessary attention for timely completion. The specificity of the request depends on the nature of the task and the level of detail required to fulfill it effectively. Clear and detailed requests help us understand the client's needs accurately and minimize the need for clarification or revisions. In general, one request may indeed correspond to one deliverable, such as a single-family home drawings, a set of renderings, or another defined output. However, the complexity and scope of the request may also influence whether it constitutes multiple deliverables or subtasks. For example, if you need both exterior and interior renderings for one single-family home with a given design, it will be considered one task. If you don't have a given design and require us to create an exterior or interior design prior to rendering, it'll be considered two separate tasks. Discussions will occur before task submission to ensure that the final deliverable aligns with the client's requirements and to determine if the task is considered as one request.
  • What should I do if I don't need all the tasks listed?

  • What if I only have a single request?
    That's perfectly fine. Feel free to pause your subscription when you've completed your current design needs and return whenever you have additional requirements. No need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
  • How does the pause feature work?
    We understand that you may not always have a constant flow of design work throughout the month. If you currently have only one or two design requests, pausing your subscription is a convenient option. Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For instance, if you sign up and use the service for 21 days and then decide to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be paused, and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
  • Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
    After subscribing, feel free to request as many tasks as you desire, which will be added to your queue. Each request will be delivered one by one.
  • How do I request tasks?
    Clients are welcome to request tasks via Slack, Google Docs, email, phone, or by recording a brief Loom video for those who prefer a more visual approach over written briefs.
  • What is the expected turnaround?
    The expected turnaround time between the request and the delivery varies depending on the complexity of the task, the amount of information required, and any other project-specific factors. Typically, we aim to provide an estimated timeline during the initial discussion phase based on the scope of work. This allows us to ensure that realistic expectations are set and that the delivery aligns with the client's needs and deadlines. In most cases, we complete requests within just five days or less on average. However, for more complex requests, the timeframe may extend.
  • What if I don't like the design?
    No worries! We'll persistently refine the design until it meets your complete satisfaction.
  • Who are the designers?
    Juntero is an agency comprising multiple experienced architects, interior designers, 3D visualizers, graphic designers, and photo editors, all working on a project-based model led by a creative director. Rest assured, we've worked with clients of all sizes, so your project is in capable hands.
  • Who will serve as the contact person or will there be multiple contacts?
    For the sake of convenience, the sole contact person for Juntero Design will be its owner. This ensures streamlined communication and accountability within the company. Having a designated point of contact facilitates smoother interactions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. With the owner assuming this role, it enhances efficiency and clarity in managing inquiries, feedback, and project coordination within Juntero Design.
  • Who decides the amount of information in the deliverable, and how does it impact the delivery time?
    The client typically determines the amount of information included in the deliverable. This directly impacts the deliverable time because the complexity and extent of the information influence the time required for production. The more comprehensive the information requested, the longer it may take to ensure accuracy and completeness in the final deliverable. Therefore, understanding the client's requirements and the scope of information needed is crucial for setting realistic timelines and meeting expectations effectively. These conversations can simply be made over the phone or email.
  • Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
    Given the high-quality nature of our work, please note that no refunds will be issued.
  • What regions does your design subscription cover?
    We offer design subscriptions not only in the United States but also cater to clients in Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom. Additionally, we are open to collaborating with clients from other countries too.
  • Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
    Hiring a designer from platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, or others now costs over $100,000 per year. Additionally, it has become increasingly challenging to find available talent in these fields. Sometimes, you may not have enough work for them, so you end up paying for the time they are not working. With our monthly design subscription, you can pause and resume your subscription or outsource design work when needed. This ensures you only pay for your designers' services when you require them.
